We provide a live worm guarantee.

Rarely, but occasionally shipping problems outside our control cause your worms to arrive dead. We provide a live worm guarantee. Please inspect your worms upon receipt and notify us the same day if they are not in good health.

If you are dissatisfied with the state of your worms, kindly:

1. You can reach us by phone at 07 3209 8694 or by email at admin@australianworms.com.au.
2. Take pictures and videos as evidence.
3. Within two business days, we will get in touch with you.
4. We would gladly send you a brand-new box of worms with free shipping if we determine that the postage caused your worms to arrive dead. Additionally, you are entitled to a refund if you prefer.
5. All worms must be collected from Post Office/ Delivery Centre/ Residential address on the same day of delivery. And if allocating home address someone is to be home to collect

Worms that perish after being safely removed won't be our responsibility.
